By SuperFitVegMan (Northern CA USA) - See all my reviews Amazon Verified Purchase This review is from: Hawk Performance HB143Y.680 LTS Brake Pad (Automotive) This pad will stop you! but only as well as the tires stick and abs..used first set with yoko H4S dot AA traction plus 1 sized... emergency stopping on CRV with abs was like a controlled crash.sent my dog flying so I started to consider a seat belt for him... make sure you seat the pads properly.. use lubricant where it goes.. be careful in placement of factory shims if used so that they will not re-position themselves and cut into the rotor hub (possibly cutting it loose) use factory pressure (found on near end of drivers door sill and/or in owners manual)on front tires.. possibly up to 3 psi more in rear (to balance wear with rotation and give maximum performance from front tires esp in front drive. you want the front tires to squish down and put as much rubber on the road while braking... over pressure is just less safe and wears the center of the tire out prematurely... pressure for the CRV is 26 psi..
