Note its for a V6. Thats puzzling since the V6 was not made for that model that year or any other year its supposed to fit.Physically, Size wise and mounting points, it is in a exact match. However note in the phone the 2 extra Flare fittings near the top and bottom. Great, but the original radiator does not have need these fittings. I presume they are for a transmission cooler. I have no problem with them being included with 1 exception. They did not include flare caps to cap them off if they are not needed nor did they include plugs to remove the fittings and plug the holes if not needed. Well after removing the radiator, and thinking perhaps they were on my original radiator, (Im the original owner so it is the factory radiator that was in it) but just not able to see them behind the fan shroud. It did not leak. It works as expected. Make sure to save the fittings and clips from your old radiator. And do yourself a favor and get rid of that electric fan before it ruins your new radiator. My electric fan exploded into my old radiator. Comes with 2 transmission-cooling fittings not needed. Original radiator does not have those fittings. I read another customer review with the same issue but for a Special Edition model.I paid extra $18 to have it delivered in two days in order to install the radiator during the weekend, half way dismounting the old radiator i noticed the difference. Now i have to return the part, pay $9 more to return it. In summary i expend $27 in shipping for a part that the seller claims fit my car but it does not. |
